[Maul's fiendish delight in the holiday means he's once again broken into people's houses and used all the stealth he possesses to leave those he likes a gift or two. Sometimes, he even goes right down the chimney like a demented version of Santa Claus. Fortunately, since Maul has had experience with the Disaster House before, he leaves Luca's present on the doorstep with everyone else. Hope he likes a creepy stuffed fish for a present! He also leaves a brief note.]

thanks. it looks kind of like my uncle, only with more color and no see through flesh or visible organs. his teeth are like that, though, but not as big.
oh, i do! i didn't even know about stars until i came to the surface for the first time, but it's amazing knowing there's giant balls of gas and fire, each with their own planets going around them! i just wonder what's out there, on all those different planets.
( While Peter isn't one to... Do Holiday Things, there is technically a part of him that reaches out. Not because the ancient demon king of Hell has much interest in holiday celebrations, but Paimon has learned that it's a time when many people Gift Things, and connection with others is of a special importance to his spirit. The energy is right for it, and so, towards the end of the month, he bestows little gifts to people.
Left on Luca's doorstep, wrapped carefully in thin cloth, is a little doll in the likeness of a turtle, meticulously hand-crafted with an assortment of random bits and bobbles collected over time.
Set next to the doll, like a calling card, is a leaf — bearing Paimon's sigil delicately burned into it like filigree. )
[Peter and Paimon will also get a gift. It's a small pile of sea glass and trinkets he'd gathered from the ocean in a tiny basket, with a note that says 'from Luca'.]
[This year, Maul had decided to behave himself when it came to giving gifts, unlike in years past where he broke into people's houses rather like Santa himself did. All gifts are left on the porch or front step of the recipient's home for them to find in the morning.
He left Luca some fish jerky and, as he did last year, a slightly creepy stuffed animal. Accompanying it was a note in blocky handwriting wishing him a Merry Christmas signed from Darth Maul.]
[Luca loves both gifts and thinks the stuffed animal is much cuter than last year's. He also takes these stuffed animals as a clue as to what kind of aesthetic Maul likes and gets him a creey figurine.]
[Maul appreciated his gift as well! It definitely fit the rest of the decor he had around the house and would find a place on a side table or countertop.]
